By shopping with us you agree to accept the terms and conditions described below. 

Privacy policy

Information submitted to flow copenhagen will not be passed on or sold to a third party and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

Placing an order

You place an order by selecting the products you wish to buy and placing them in the basket. When you are ready to place the order, you click “place order”. You will then be asked to provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address and possibly the shipping address, if this differs from the billing address.

When you have provided us with all the required information, you will be asked to approve your order and at the same time to accept these Terms & Conditions.

When you have accepted our Terms & Conditions, you will be asked to choose a payment method and then provide us with the information required by the payment method chosen. 

We encourage you to check your order before placing it. Before the placement of your order, it is possible to edit the information you have provided such as billing or shipping address. You can also add or remove products from the basket at any time during the ordering process.

When you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt, which is a summary of the order you have just placed.

The moment you click "Place order" and the receipt is displayed on your screen, you are bound by your order to us. The receipt you receive is an automated receipt, which means we have received your submitted order.

Please note that this does not mean that we have accepted your order. If we accept your order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have accepted your order.

We store your order and the order confirmation and you can receive a copy hereof by contacting us at any time.

If you have made a mistake while placing your order – such as giving us the wrong address – you can contact us at hello@flowcopenhagen.com and we can correct it.

Change or annulment of your order

If for any reasons you need to change your order pls send us an e-mail asap at hello@flowcopenhagen.com.

We will then assist you with changing your order, IF the order has not been shipped prior to your enquiry.

If your order has been shipped, you still have a 30 days cancellation right. 

Prices and Payment

All prices are in Danish Kroner including VAT, but excluding shipping costs. 

The prices are all current prices, which are frequently updated.

The prices may be subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that we have accepted.

The total price you accept when you submit your order, is the amount that we will withdraw from your account, when your order has been shipped. The amount will never be withdrawn before we have handled and shipped your order.

The communication between you and our payment system is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

As our payment system is handled by a third party payment provider, they are the only ones with access to your payment data.

Availability

We aim to have all offered products in stock. In the event that ordered items are out of stock, we reserve the right not to accept your order. You will be informed by e-mail and any payments will be refunded if the payment was already processed.

Shipment & delivery

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 weekdays.

Orders will be processed the same day or one business day after the ordering.  We will always keep you informed on when your order is shipped.

Price of shipment

In Denmark we are happy to offer free shipping of all orders from only 300 DKR.

We ship to world wide. You will be able to select your country during the ordering process. The delivery time depends of the area and the country of delivery. flow copenhagen is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees placed upon the items arriving in your chosen country.

Uncollected packages are subject to an additional handling fee of 50 DKK / 7 EUR. This fee and the relating shipping costs for the return of the package to flow copenhagen will be charged from the customer.

Returns 

If for any reason you would like to return an item, flow copenhagen grants full right of cancellation for a period of 30 days from the day after you received the items.

Please fill out the return form, on the back of your order confirmation, and enclose it in the shipment.

All goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original, undamaged packaging with no tags or labels removed or snapped off. Please place each product in the (unbroken) packaging /bags it came in.

Please note that the package must be sent directly to the address above, as we do not accept packages sent collect on delivery (COD). You will bear the costs associated with returning the product

Once we have received the goods and approved the return, we will transfer the amount to the same credit card on which goods were purchased.

Please note that the items are your responsibility until they reach us.
For your own safety we recommend you to keep proof of postage.

Returning a Faulty Item

Have you been unfortunate to receive a product that is damaged, faulty or does not match what you have ordered, we will replace it free of charge. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item.

The warranty period for any item purchased from flow copenhagen is 24 months from the date of purchase.

Before returning the defect or damaged item please contact us by email hello@flowcopenhagen.com, quoting your order number and details of the product. If possible pls attach a photo of the defect. We will get in touch with you to arrange for the return.
