Returns
If for any reason you would like to return an item, flow copenhagen grants full right of cancellation for a period of 30 days from the day after you received the items. Please fill out this form and enclose it in the shipment. All goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original, undamaged packaging with no tags or labels removed. Please place each product in the packaging / bags it came in.
You can use our return portal to send your parcel with GLS for 39kr.

You are free to choose any courier of your choice as you will bear the costs associated with returning the product. If your return is due to a faulty product please contact us before the return on hello@flowcopenhagen.com.
Please note that the package must be sent directly to the address below, as we do not accept packages sent collect on delivery:

The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
For your own safety we recommend you to keep proof of postage.
Once we have received the goods and approved the return, we will transfer the amount to the same credit card on which goods were purchased.
